Q) What is LetsHaggle.com about?

At LetsHaggle.com, we give you exciting new products every day, where you have the opportunity to name your own price. 



Q) How do I find out when a sale is starting?

You will find the starting times and dates for all active and upcoming sales on our website. Sales usually start at 9am and will last for approximately 3 days. You can also set reminders and we will notify you via your preferred contact method when a sale starts. 



Q) How do I make an offer for product?

You can make an offer by following these easy steps:

1. Create a Let's Haggle account by simply clicking on 'Register' and providing the mandatory information.
2. Choose a product you would like to place an offer on.
3. Use the scrolling bar to adjust your offer until you are happy.
4. Then simply click on the "make my offer" button.
5. Lastly, fill in the payment page with your credit card details. NOTE: Your card will not be debited unless your offer is accepted.
6. You will receive an email notification when your offer is accepted or rejected.



Q) What is the cost of delivery?

If you spend £30 or more in a single order your product will be shipped free within Mainland UK. Areas outside of the Mainland UK and/or with a total price of less than £30 will incur a reasonable surcharge.



Q) How do I know if my offer has been accepted?

After the deal has closed, we will notify you within 24 hours by email to let you know if your offer has been accepted or not. If we are certain that your offer is acceptable even before the deal closes, we'll send you an email letting you know that your offer has been accepted.



Q) How do I track my order? 

Your order history can be tracked by clicking on the My Account button and then clicking on My Orders.



Q) When will I get my item?

Items are often shipped within 7 days after the payment has been received, but please allow up to 14 days for delivery. Any exceptions to this time-scale will be listed in the auction details of the individual product. If you do not receive your item(s) within 14 days, please e-mail customer@LetsHaggle.com.



Q) What payment methods do you allow?

You can make purchase by using a Credit/Debit card. The following card types are accepted: Visa, Visa Electron, and Mastercard. The credit/debit card transactions are 3D secured. 



Q) Will the money be taken out of my account even if my offer is not accepted?

No. We will only take money out of your account if your offer is accepted.  



Q) Which internet browser does Let's Haggle work best with?

Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox are the internet browsers most compatible with our servers. Using these browsers may reduce any lag time on the site during the haggling process.



Q) How do I change my personal details?

Your personal details can be updated after logging into your My Let's Haggle account via the My Account page .



Q) I am trying to register but it says my email address has already been taken.

It sounds like you may have already have an account with us, perhaps try entering your e-mail address in the forgotten password page. Your password will be sent to the email address provided.



Q) How do I cancel my membership or stop receiving emails from LetsHaggle.com?

To cancel your membership or stop email subscription please email us at  unsubscribe@LetsHaggle.com.
